Eminem apologizes to mother in new video

After many years of estrangement and misunderstandings, the American rapper Eminem apologizes to mother, Debbie Mathers, and wrote the theme ‘Headlights’ and the respective music video, released on Sunday, the purpose of Mother’s Day.

The video, directed by filmmaker Spike Lee tells the bitterness of the rapper’s mother in the first person.  Attempts to contact unsuccessful, depression, alcoholism and drug addiction as mechanisms to deal with the missing son are portrayed in a very emotional way.

Eminem returns to childhood, to photographs and memories of Detroit, where he was born, reconhecende the value of the mother in your life and make up with a hug and a letter.  The video for ‘Highlights has over 2.5 million views on’ Youtube ‘, in less than a day.  In the lyrics, which features the voice of Nate Ruess (lead singer of ‘FUN’), says the rapper “After all I do not hate you, Mom. you’re Still beautiful to me because you’re my mother.”
