Bruins Can’t Clinch… Game 7 in Boston, Friday

Despite an onslaught of offense in the last 10 minutes of the game, the Bruins could only get within 1 goal of the Tampa Bay Lightning last night in game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.  The Bruins gave up yet another opening minute goal which seems to be a huge factor in the series.  If Tampa can get a goal in the first minute of the game, they build themselves a nice position… annoyed Bruins players, loud fans, a lead and motivation.

There’s no doubt that the Lightning are quick and crafty, but the Bruins are a more solid team all around.  The only exception is on the power play.  It is to the point where the Bruins should avoid drawing penalties.  The power play percentage is horrible and the production seems much, much better when it is 5 on 5!

Don’t count out the Bruins just yet, similar things happened in round 1 against Montreal.  The Bruins have proved to be resourceful and willing to do anything to win a series.  Game 7 is in Boston this Friday… you can be assured that the TD Garden will be LOUD!  It’s not too often that the Bruins get to play for a chance to be in the Stanley Cup Finals!

The Vancouver Canucks are patiently awaiting the winner of this series.  Both Boston and Tampa played Vancouver in Vancouver this season and both Boston and Tampa won.

No matter what the outcome of the game on Friday, this has been an amazing season for the Boston Bruins!  You won’t want to miss this game! Bruins vs Lightning tickets Game 7
