New England Patriots (Sunday, CBS, 3:30 PM CT) and Pittsburgh Steelers (Saturday, CBS, 3:30 PM CT) in the AFC and Atlanta Falcons (Saturday, FOX, 7:00 PM CT) and Chicago Bears (Sunday, FOX, 12:00 PM CT) in the NFC host the Divisional Playoffs. The Patriots and Falcons own homefield advantage for the Conference Championship Games (January 23) if they win their Divisional contests.
We won’t know who they’ll be playing until after next weekend, but we have an idea between three teams. The Pats will play the lowest seeded team to move on next week, which will be either the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, or New York Jets. The Chiefs host the Ravens and the Jets travel to Indianapolis to face the Colts. Should the Colts win, they will travel to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers.
Should the Pats win their first playoff game and move on to the AFC Championship Game, that will be on Sunday, Jan. 23 at 6:30 pm.
